The first ‘Qualification and Validation Engineer’ post-bachelor course

As PharmSupport, we dedicate our existence to providing full-service solutions to our

customers in the field of Life Sciences. This is solely possible by having and training the best

experts.

Being outstanding does not only mean that we excel at the service that we provide. It more

so means, to master the ability to perfectly match the requirements made by our customer.

No matter how simple or complex, our experts are ready to understand and carry out every

single project.

We achieve this level of partnership by comprehending the ability and potential of experts.

Not only within PharmSupport, but also industry-wide. This leads us to the title of this blog -

together with HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, we have created a

post-bachelor course: Qualification and Validation Engineer. We have combined our forces

and took the wants and needs of experts and companies in the field into consideration. The

Life Sciences and health sector has a lot of strict rules and regulations in the field of Quality

(GMP, GDP, GLP and GCP). This post-bachelor course fits all the requirements.

This course allows students to acquire the certificate of Qualification and Validation engineer

within 18 days of training, spread over 6 months. The course has a theoretical and practical

part. After successfully finishing the course, the professional is ready to start as a

Qualification and Validation Engineer. We are proud to have created the first Qualification

and Validation engineer post-bachelor course in Europe.

There is a huge scarcity on the job market, especially with regard to engineering and

qualification roles. This program is meant for professionals who just graduated and are

seeking a job in Life Sciences or for companies who want to train and further develop their

employees. This course is also meant for professionals who want to be retrained.

As Alvin Toffler has said: ‘The illiterate of the 21 st century will not be those who cannot read

and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.’
