PharmSupport consists of PharmSupport BV and PharmSupport-Flexwerk NV and is situated on the Kloosterstraat 9, 5349 AB in Oss, The Netherlands. PharmSupport is aware of the trust you put in us. We see it therefore, as our responsibility to secure and guarantee your privacy. In these regulations we inform you which data we collect, process and share. Furthermore, these regulations state what your rights are, in connection to your personal data. 
This privacy statement is applicable to the services offered by PharmSupport, including but not limited to consultancy, audits, training & education and flexible work. This privacy statement complies to the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming), dated 25th of May 2018.
We respect the privacy of all users of www.pharmsupport.nl and ensure that the personal information you provide to us, is treated confidentially.

2. Collecting and processing data

Use of our services

When you enroll for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This includes data such as your name, your e-mail address, telephone number and any company details. This data is used to perform the requested service. The data is stored in Microsoft's Office 365 cloud storage. PharmSupport has taken note of the terms and conditions for online services as of the first of May 2018, which contains a chapter on personal data protection provisions. For data security, Microsoft adheres to the requirements set forth in ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and ISO 27018.

For the purpose of our recruitment and selection activities for PharmSupport-Flexwerk NV, you will send us your CV or you will be given the option to upload your CV. Your resume describes your skills, knowledge, education and work experience and may include your photo. In the recruitment and selection process, we may store further information about you that may be important for a successful placement.

 

Communication

When you send messages to us via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other channels, we may keep these messages. Sometimes we ask for your personal information which is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your requests and answer your questions. The data is stored in Microsoft's Office 365 cloud storage. We will not combine this information with any other personal information we have.

The PharmSupport website uses cookies. When using the website for the first time, you will be given the choice of which cookies you allow/accept.

Our website may contain links to other websites. These websites are beyond our control and are not covered by this regulation. If you visit other websites through these links, the operators of those other websites may collect and use information about you in accordance to their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours.

3. Purpose of data collection

We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement, unless we have specifically requested and obtained your permission in advance.

4. Third parties

We do not share information with third parties, unless sharing data is an integral or a necessary part of PharmSupport's services. This includes data provided to the client and any managed service provider (MSP) in the context of the secondment. In these cases, there is a nondisclosure agreement between PharmSupport on the one hand and the client and/or MSP on the other. We may share information internally. Our employees are obliged to respect and guarantee the confidentiality of your data.

5. Quality of your data

We trust that your information is complete, accurate and current. We request that you inform us immediately of any changes or inaccuracies in your personal data. Please refer to the contact details below.

 

6. Retention of your data

We keep your data in order to be able to provide you with services in the future and to maintain the commercial relationship with you. If the commercial relationship with you is terminated, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations. On request, we will provide you with access to the Register of processing activities, which includes an overview of the retention periods.

 

7. Security Measures

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures to keep your data safe and to protect it against deliberate or accidental manipulation, destruction, loss or unauthorized access.
Despite all our efforts to secure your data, we would like to point out that the Internet is not a secure means of communication. Personal data transmitted over the internet can be intercepted by other people. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that you provide to us via email, WhatsApp, website or other web-based applications. By using this website and entering your personal information, you accept that you use this website at your own risk.

If you want to adjust your data or have your data removed from our database, you can contact us. Please refer to the contact details below. In the event that you want us to delete all information you have provided from our database, we will process it in accordance with legal regulations. From the moment of submitting the amendment or deletion, we will process your request within four weeks.
